Somatic Sunday School

Join me every Third Sunday of the Month at 2:00 pm
We will connect with intention and loving devotion to our bodies, allowing ourselves to surrender to its wisdom.
Through movement, sound, and breath we will release long held emotions through our body, and create a consistent devotional ritual to releasing daily life stress that easily builds up.
